Information we collect on this site

This website does not require an account and does not store appointment or payment details. When you visit, analytics data is collected — pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and how you arrived at the site.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and services people are interested in. GA4 records events such as clicking a booking button, a phone number or a gift card link, and it sets cookies and an identifier for your device. We do not use this data to identify you by name, but we cannot describe it as fully anonymous — Google processes it as described in its own privacy policy. Most browsers allow you to block analytics cookies, and Google offers an opt-out browser add-on.

Third-party services

Booking is handled by Fresha and gift cards by GiftUp. When you follow those links you leave this site: any name, contact, appointment or payment information you enter is collected and stored by that provider, under their own privacy policy and terms, not ours. Location pages embed Google Maps, which loads content from Google and may set cookies or receive your IP address even if you do not interact with the map.

Your choices

You can browse this site without providing personal information. Calling or booking is always optional, and you can ask us in the salon how your contact details are used for appointment reminders.
